Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra

Managing Director & Founder

With a vision to conduct ethical business, provide employment opportunities and contribute to the growth of the economy, Dr. Rajesh Kumar Mishra founded PAR in June,2021.

Dr. Mishra, comes with a strong 39 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. He holds a strong academics record, and has completed his degrees in MSc, MBA and Phd degree. He has an extensive experience in general management, product development, licensing, Turn key projects and business development. His extensive experience and expertise will lead us to become a pioneer in the Pharma industry. He has widely travelled across several countries in Asia, Eastern & Western Europe and has provided Project / Turnkey Project Consultancy for setting up medium / large size project. Besides he possesses strong acumen for research and marketing of pharmaceutical products.

USHA MISHRA

Whole Time Director

USHA MISHRA is a Whole-time Director of our Company. She has been a director on our Board since incorporation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts.

A passionate healthcare professional,She holds a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree. She has a diverse background of sales, marketing, business development & customer collaborations across the global market space. Excellent interpersonal communication, people & team management with expertise in New business development, negotiation, innovative promotional strategies and building strong customer relations.
Consistent success in maximizing corporate performance, driving growth, generating revenue, capturing market share, developing new business and strengthening customer relationships She is a leader who understands and adopts an inclusive style and has a highly structured approach to get maximum productivity out of others while achieving desired results for organizational objectives.

Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava

Chief Financial Advisor

Mr. Ashok Kumar Bhargava is Financial Advisor in our Company. He has vast experience spread over 40 years of working in the financial sector. He has been associated with Govt. of Rajasthan, PSU Bank, All India Financial Institutions, Cooperative Sector ( NDDB), and a few private sector companies in various capacities and responsibilities. He is also an Independent Director on the Board of a couple of companies. He holds a degree of B.Sc. postgraduate degree in Economics, LL.B., PG Diploma in Project Planning and Infrastructure Management from the University of Rajasthan, MFM from JBIMS, University of Mumbai, Mumbai, etc.
